ENROLLMENT POLICY |

Welcome to NorCal Tennis Academy, a
premier Tennis Academies in the south bay San Jose area, preparing
students for USTA tournaments, high schools, and college
competitions. |

Missed sessions &
Cancellation & Rained-outs
No refund for Anytime Lesson package,
students have up to 6 months to use up all paid lessons in the
package.
No refund on missed sessions (unless by
rained-outs); students can make up by attending different session at
other training locations within the current month.
-If students missed multiple sessions,
drop-in rates will apply on attended sessions, the balance
difference will be credited to next month class.
-Make-up sessions will be announced
after rained-outs, students who can not attend make-up sessions will
receive credit for next month.
-If class has already gone on for more
than 30 minutes, rain interruption will not result in any make up
session.
-Make-up or credits must be completed
within the current month or the next month.
-Private lessons require 24hr prior
cancellation notice. Failure to do so will result in full payment of
the lesson. |

Racquets, Apparel and Stringing:
-NO refund or exchange for
racquets, apparels and stringing.
-Stringing service is guaranteed for 48
hours, stringing must break by itself -not due to neither playing
nor negligence; subjected to inspection.
-Synthetic String will be used for
Guarantee Replacement Stringing Service. |

Clinics & Classes
-Class tuition is due within the first
week of each month, or drop-in rate will be applied.
-$55 non-refundable one-time
registration fee is due prior to start of enrollment.
-Registration fee also applies to
students who register again after discontinued with the program for
more than six months.
-Random
missed sessions (if not by rain) will not affect class fee.
Private Lessons
-Private lessons can be scheduled
for $80/hr or $50/half hour.
-Package of 5 lessons for $375
($75/hr), all payment is due after the first lesson.
-Hitting lesson are available for
competitive students & players at $50/hour.
